Yoga calms your mind while improving physical strength and flexibility.

And here's your chance to come to a yoga class every Wednesday, starting September 12th at 17-19 in the Undergraduate Centre (Otakaari 1). You're welcome to join whether you have prior experience or not. The style is based on ashtanga and the teacher has been practicing for ten years. Classes are held in English and the cost is 8€ for each two-hour session.

You'll need to bring a yoga mat, wear stretchy clothes, and don't eat anything heavy two hours prior to coming. For more information and to enroll, please contact [email protected]
