The Finnish Business School Graduates donates 100 000 euros to Aalto

The donation is directed towards research and education in economics and business administration.

The Finnish Business School Graduates is donating 100 000 euros to Aalto University for research and education in economics and business administration. Other universities providing education in this field also received donations. A total of 500 000 euros will be divided among the universities on the basis of the number of master’s degrees completed in the field of economics and business administration.

‘We want to set an example that contributes to maintaining our most important resource, which is competence,’ says Timo Saranpää, Chairman of the Board of The Finnish Business School Graduates. He emphasises that the quality of education and research in business is a key strategic goal for the union. 

The Finnish Business School Graduates is a close partner for Aalto University School of Business. 

‘The Finnish Business School Graduates and the School of Business have a long history of working together and we share the goal of promoting a high level of competence in our fields. We are very grateful to the Finnish Business School Graduates for this donation,’ states Ingmar Björkman, Dean of Aalto University School of Business.
