The new practices in the September call

  • The Academy of Finland requires that all Academy-funded researchers make their scientific articles freely available via high-quality open access journals. Read more here. You can join open access clinics in Otaniemi to gain hands-on experience on how to use Aalto’s repository solutions to comply with the funders open access mandates.
  • The Academy is committed to the guidelines of the Finnish Advisory Board on Research Integrity and requires that Academy-funded researchers and sites of research respect the same guidelines. The Academy also recommend that researchers follow the European Code of Conduct for Research Integrity.
