Update: application period for summer 2022 has closed.

Aalto University Summer School offers scholarships for Ukrainian students in the summer of 2022. There are five scholarships available for each of the courses Digital Business, Scale-Up Leadership, and Climate, Health and Architecture (3 ECTS version). Additionally, there are three scholarships available for the Nordic Biomaterials course.

The scholarship covers the course tuition fee and programme fee on one Aalto University Summer School course. It does not cover travel or accommodation costs. The non-degree study right does not allow students to select other courses from Aalto University.

Admission criteria and process

The scholarship is granted on a first-come-first-served basis. The applicant will go through the normal Aalto University Summer School application process, including approval by the course’s teacher. The student must also fulfill the eligibility criteria for the course. The applications are evaluated based on the CV and motivation letter. A sufficient level of English is required to successfully complete summer school courses.

Requested documents

In addition to other documents requested in the summer school application form, the applicant is asked to present a copy, a photo, or a screenshot of their passport to receive the scholarship.
