New event concept: Aalto ARTS Student Show 2024

The Aalto ARTS Student Show is a new event concept, showcasing the talent of ARTS graduates and under-graduates. In September, the event will take over all of the gallery spaces in Väre building, as part of both Designs for a Cooler Planet and Helsinki Design Week.

The Aalto ARTS Student Show brings together a selection of student projects from all over the School of Arts, Design and Architecture. It is a collection of nearly 20 exhibitions: grad shows, course work and individual MA theses. The event will take over all of the gallery spaces of Väre building, on Otaniemi campus. You are warmly welcome to visit!  

Exhibition time: from 5 September to 3 October 2024

Mon-Fri 9-20
Sat 9-17
Sun closed

Free entry to all of the exhibitions!

Projects featured in the show span through diverse themes, ranging from futuristic product designs and high-quality craftmanship to speculative proposals and community-focused work. Come get a glimpse of how Aalto's young professionals in art and design are making an impact in the world!

The event is part of the larger Designs for a Cooler Planet festival and also part of Helsinki Design Week's official programme.
