Welcome to take part in the energizing 15 minute "Carefree Shoulders" -break excercise

It is held on every Thursday starting on 7 September 2017 until 14 December at 13.30-13.45. Break excercise is held at the Harald Herlin Learning Centre, (Otaniementie 9), 2nd floor foyer.
