Aalto kept its place at #2 among Nordic Business Schools
The Aalto University School of Business placed 31st, up by one place from last year, in the ‘Financial Times European Business Schools Ranking 2016’. The ranking position is a round-up of the earlier global comparison rankings which includes e.g. masters programmes. This year, the School of Business was ranked 51st (54th in 2015.). In addition, Aalto Executive MBA program improved its position in The Financial Times' annual ranking in October. Aalto EMBA ranked 61st climbing fifteen places.
The annually published ranking includes the career and salary development of the graduates and the overall international dimension of the teaching. The alumni play an important part in the ranking as the questionnaire is sent to them three years after graduation.
’I am very pleased that our investments in education, and how we equip our students for the working life, reflect positively on rankings’, says Dean Ingmar Björkman for the School of Business.
The European Business Schools Ranking 2016 by The Financial Times was published on 5 December 2016. The ranking lists the top 90 business schools in Europe.
