About the minor
Supply chain enables organizations to operate profitably, win market share and deliver customer expectations. To turn their supply chains into strategic advantage, organizations must understand how global systems and platforms function, and how different resources (e.g. warehouses, freight carriers, factories, service providers) contribute to complex end-to-end service/manufacturing processes.
This skillset will be particularly valuable if you assume a career in accounting, finance, IT, management consulting, manufacturing, marketing, risk management, sales, sourcing, or sustainability management.
In this Minor, you will gain an in-depth understanding of supply chains and networks from demand forecasting to supplier management and from manufacturing to delivery. You will learn how to analyze and design effective and sustainable production and service systems and processes. You will also acquire skills for using data, software and models for business decision-making.
