Digital product management oversees the entire processes of developing, launching and managing digital products, making sure they meet what users need and what the company aims for. A digital product manager is in charge of planning and executing strategies, creating plans, and defining features for digital products. They work closely with different teams like design, engineering, and marketing to plan, build, and launch digital products that bring value to users and help the company grow.
In this Minor, you will gain an in-depth understanding of digital product management. You will learn how to successfully manage digital products with different processes, tools and metrics. You will also acquire skills for devising digital product strategies, analysing customer needs, and using metrics and KPIs to track your product performance.
