Course description

Vastuullinen sijoittaminen program provides corporate executives and investment and finance industry professionals with a comprehensive overview of what a person making investment decisions should know about sustainability. The program covers ESG terminology, legal obligations, and societal drivers, explores how and what ESG data can be utilized, and discusses responsible investment strategies and related tools such as ESG ratings and ESG indices. Additionally, it delves into the impact of ESG factors on stock pricing and the return and risk of sustainability. A central theme of the program is also how to evaluate a company's sustainability and how sustainability is perceived and verified in different business areas.

After the program, participants will understand how to assess a company's sustainability and how sustainability is perceived and verified in different business areas. The program also helps to understand the broader impact of sustainable investment on society, the environment, and people and provides practical examples of how sustainable investment has achieved real impact.
