Summer School Scholarships for the students of the School of Chemical Engineering in 2024
Aalto University School of Chemical Engineering offers school funded discretionary scholarship for summer schools abroad for bachelor- and master students for the summer 2024. Erasmus+ BIP courses has a separate scholarship- and application process.
The School of Chemical Engineering grants maximum three scholarships, the amount of single scholarship is 200-500 €. The scholarship may be used for covering the travel and/or participation fee of the summer school. The studies completed in the summer school must become part of the degree at Aalto University and the policy for student exchanges applies to summer school scholarship applicants as well. When granting the scholarship, the study success (GPA and amount of credits earned) of the applicant are taken into consideration.
In addition, the applicants will be compared using an academic index (credits/semesters attended*GPA) if necessary. The academic index is the same that is used for outgoing exchange student selections.
After the summer school, transcript / course certificate from the host university as well as Aalto University transcript showing the transferred credits must be returned.
