Savings Banks Research Foundation grants 2025

The Savings Banks Research Foundation supports financial, social and legal research and publishing activities related to the money markets, the demand for banking services, housing, saving and investment by awarding scholarships and research grants.

The application period for the grants is annually in October. The grants awarded will range from 2,000 to 10,000 euros. A typical grant has been 5,000 euros.

The Savings Banks Research Foundation also preserves the history of savings bank operations, for example, by maintaining the Savings Bank Museum, which operates in conjunction with the Hämeenlinna City Museum.
