WiT Breakfast Date: Digital Learning Opportunities
You are warmly welcome to join Women in Tech Virtual Breakfast Date hosted by FITech in cooperation with Aalto University the August 25th. The topic for the Breakfast Date is Life-wide learning – Digital learning opportunities for professionals in the working life.
FITech is a network university of Finnish universities of technology, coordinated by Aalto University. FITech offers Bachelor's and Master's level university courses free of charge both for adult learners and degree students. Whether you are an experienced professional, have just entered working life or are still currently studying, the FITech study offering has something for everyone!
This breakfast session will focus on life-wide learning, the courses and study paths currently available for adult learners and the opportunities FITech offers for anyone interested in updating their skills and knowledge aside of work. Tips and best practices will also be shared for adult learners: how to get started if you are thinking about upskilling or reskilling, how to make the most of your studies, and how to guarantee your studies become a success story.
The topics will be presented by Aalto University’s professor of Computer Science and academic leader of the FITech ICT initiative Petri Vuorimaa and FITech's learning designer Akseli Huhtanen.
The event will be held in English and is free and open for everyone. However the Breakfast Date is aimed specially for adult learners.
