Technology & Sustainability

In this open-for-all panel on societal impact of technology, industry and academia speakers will share different perspectives on technology and sustainability. The line-up of speakers includes Kari Hietanen (Emeritus Professor at Aalto University and Technology Director at Outotec), Elina Kähkönen (Teacher in charge of Design Factory's Aaltonaut program), and Annukka Santasalo-Aarnio (Professor of Energy Conversion and Storage at Aalto University).

This event is the first part of the three part series of panel discussions on societal impact of technology at Aalto University's master-level course "Mechanical Engineering in Society". The event is open for all interested - no requirement to be registered on the course.
