Are you thinking of changing course? This workshop will give you tools to set your compass towards a meaningful career and help you navigate your career transition. You will ideate possible new destinations and ways to test the waters before embarking on your new route.

- Design practical career experiments
Content
Using individual reflection, exercises and peer ideation you will:
- Examine your career narrative and design problem
- Ideate possible career paths
- Develop experiments to test your ideas in practice
At the end of the workshop, you will identify steps you can take right away to begin crafting a more meaningful career path.
Workshop facilitators
Kirsi LaPointe
Kirsi is a career coach, facilitator and a project manager for Aalto University's new Career Design Lab. Having worked as an academic, entrepreneur and consultant in Finland and the U.S., her expertise focuses on facilitating meaningful careers and sustainable work. She is an alumna of School of Business with a Master's and Doctoral degree in Organization & Management.
Susanna Ritala
Susanna is a manager in Alumni Engagement and Career Services team with responsilities in alumni life-wide learning and community development. She is an alumna of the School of Business with a Master's degree in International Business and Communications.
Workshop language
The workshop language will be English, Finnish or a bit of both, depending on the participants!
