Jaakko Honko lecture series is a biennial School of Business alumni event organized by Aalto University School of Business, Helsinki School of Economics Support Foundation (fr) and Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation. Jaakko Honko (1922-2006) was the former chancellor and rector of the School of Economics. In this year's event, Björn Wahlroos will give a lecture on the topic 'Pandemic and structural problems – Finland's challenges in the new world economy'. The Jaakko Honko Medals will also be awarded during the event to persons who have made a significant contribution to economic research and its promotion.
