The Good Life Engine event series is back with fresh content and new challenges for you!

In this year's first Good Life Engine event, you will take the first steps to improve your daily life and learn about our approach of using healthy routines to reflect and support your goals, time management and self-leadership.

During the session, you will be guided to reflect on for example these questions: How do you define your goals? Which areas in your life need attention? How to pick the right routines to support those goals? How could you execute the routine?

The session is run by our course teachers Lidia and Johannes, who have been running the Good Life Engine course from the very beginning.

In addition, we will have guest speakers from Aalto University Executive Education (AEE) join us to introduce the “Should I…?” tool developed by Ben Nothnagel – a tool that can help you to overcome negative reactions and stress, and understand how emotions impact decisions, and routine building.
