Feel the Future Dialogues is an event series to inspire reflection and dialogue on sustainable careers. Organized by the Career Design Lab, it brings together students, alumni, partners and friends of Aalto University for insights and new perspectives to envision a meaningful future of work.

This time Feel the Future Dialogue is organized as part of the National Dialogues. Their aim is to create a better understanding of what living in uncertainty means for people and communities in Finland.

We invite you, dear Aalto alumni, student, or collaborator, to join our National Dialogue, where we will discuss on what living in and coping with uncertainty is for arts, business, and technology.

What factors cause uncertainty in your life? What is worrying? What brings you hope? What do you think about work and life wide learning? What kind of challenges and opportunities do you see in the future?

The dialogue is held remotely in groups of 3-8 people. A public summary of the dialogue will be compiled on the National Dialogues website. The Ministry of Finance will also submit a summary of the dialogues to the central and local government administration.

Engage in dialogue

Timeout dialogues offer a space for sharing experiences, examining our assumptions and learning from others. Dialogues provide an opportunity to focus on issues and themes that are important to people and communities in a way that strengthens inclusion.

Dialogue is a form of conversation that emphasizes understanding, active listening and equal participation. No one is an expert and every voice counts.

By engaging in dialogue, we can open up to new possibilities and envision a more meaningful future.

Join the dialogue!

You can choose whether you wish to participate in the dialogue in English or in Finnish.
