Discussion on the balance between collaboration and competition – and the concept of coopetition. 

What are the barriers and opportunities for intensified collaboration between Sweden and Finland in higher education and research? How can we increase mobility between Sweden and Finland in higher education and research? How can we collaborate to have greater influence in European university alliances? How can we collaborate to obtain more European research funding for Sweden and Finland? 

We are organising the event together with Hanaholmen - cultural centre for Sweden and Finland.

The event is organised together with Hanaholmen – cultural centre for Sweden and Finland, and it will merge attendance between Almedalsveckan in Visby and Suomi Areena in Pori.

Markus Toivonen, a Bioinformation Technology alum, started his studies in Aalto University in 2015. The idea for the documentary about Inkubio, the guild of bioinformation technology, was born in 2019, when the guild celebrated its 15th anniversary.
