The Contemporary Design MA program at Aalto University proudly presents its annual graduation show, ARTEFAKTI. This year’s exhibition ARTEFAKTI24, will take place in Valssaamo, Kaapelitehdas in Helsinki, Finland during Helsinki Design Week from 6-14 September, 2024. ARTEFAKTI24 will showcase work from 11 graduating Master’s students.

ARTEFAKTI is an annual exhibition showcasing work done by the most recent graduates from the Contemporary Design MA program at Aalto University. The exhibition incorporates varied materials and covers diverse subject matters, ranging from material storytelling, craft, and more-than-human design to personal exploration and process-oriented design. ARTEFAKTI24 also features design-themed workshops and a pop-up shop featuring work from the graduates. The exhibited works are documented in both a digital archive and a printed catalogue.
