12:00–13:30 SKlubi welcomes School of Electrical Engineering alumni to Wappu brunch atA Grid, Otakaari 5.
12:00–14:00 Declaration of Wappu Rowdiness, an outdoor event at Smökki, Jämeräntaival 4.
Aalto University Student Union declares the Wappu Rowdiness at Smökki. Make sure you arrive on time to witness the declaration at around 13:50. While at Smökki, you are welcome to have a glass of mead and take a photo at the A! Sign of Change photo wall.
14:30 Schools' Alumni May Day events at the campus:
- School of Business & Aalto Executive Education at Ekonominaukio 1
- School of Chemical Engineering in Marsio, Otakaari 2
- School of Engineering in Design Factory, Puumiehenkuja 5
- School of Science in B hall, Otakaari 1
Please note that it is not allowed to bring alcohol to the indoor events. Sparkling wine can be bought in restaurant Arvo, Ekonominaukio 1.
Aalto Shop will be open until 5 pm in Marsio, Otakaari 2. Ask for a discount coupon from the alumni team in the events. You can buy, for example, School hoodies and bags or alumni caps and keyrings at Aalto Shop.
At 30.4.2026 Espoo City parking has agreed not to give fines at the Otaniemi campus on the parking lots where it's written ”pysäköinti sallittu yliopiston luvalla”.
While at campus, don't forget to take with you a free copy of the latest issue of Aalto University Magazine.
