Wind energy solutions

Wind power production in Finland and elsewhere is increasing very fast. Decreased price of wind power and transfer from fossil fuels towards electricity consuming hydrogen production is advanced by favorable wind and social circumstances in Finland. We aim to optimize wind turbine technologies, energy system and energy storage couplings, and siting strategies to increase the overall contribution of wind energy to the global energy mix. We grow up engineers and researchers with radical creativity ready to develop better technical solutions without forgetting life cycle analysis, biodiversity and societal impact of wind power.
