Abstract guide and submission

The abstract book for AFPM 2019 can be found here:

We invite you to submit a poster abstract for this exciting meeting. Because of the special format of AFPM 2019 with oral presentations given exclusively by leading experts, only poster presentations can be allocated.

Please use the abstract template and instructions below for preparing your abstract. 

Note: the abstract submission process does not distinguish between poster or oral presentations. As all oral presentations are on a invitational basis, we will take care of proper processing of your abstracts after submission.

The DL for abstract submission was 31st of March 2019, but it has been extended until 12th of April 2019.

Remember that you need to register for the conference separately. See Registration.

Guidelines regarding posters and poster pitching:

Posters should be size A0 portrait mode and contain all relevant scientific content including authors, acknowledgments and institutional affiliation.

There is a poster pitching session during the conference. All poster presenters are encouraged to participate in the session by preparing one slide and a 100 seconds long talk presenting your work. More information can be found in the attachment below. Please enroll for the poster pitching here by attaching your slide (DL 31st May ).
