Postdoc/PhD position in optical control of spin waves

We are looking for a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher or PhD student to work on optical control of magnetic spin waves for applications in low-power wave-based computing devices. The project crosses the boundaries between the magnonics and plasmonics research fields and it utilizes a state-of-the art infrastructure for material growth, nanofabrication, and advanced magnetic and optical characterization.
