Anna Hurmerinta-Haanpää, LL.D., is a university lecturer in business law. She teaches at the bachelor's and master's levels. At the bachelor's level, she teaches courses on employment law, methods in legal research, and bachelor's seminars. At the master's level, she teaches a capstone course on corporate responsibilities, compliance, and technology, as well as master's thesis seminars. Her current research interests include corporate sustainability regulation, sustainable contracting practices, contract language, contract and legal design, and collaborative contracting. She has participated in many externally funded research projects (see for example the Contract Language research project) and published in highly ranked national and international journals, such as Oikeus, the American Business Law Journal, Industrial Marketing Management, and International Journal for Project Management. In addition to her teaching and research activities, Hurmerinta-Haanpää is the Editor-in-Chief of the Finnish academic journal Oikeus and provides training in her areas of expertise to various organizations and professionals.
