‘There are many international students at Aalto University. It would be nice, if these students could help highlight different cultures more prominently on campus. This could be supported with spatial design. I would also like for there to be more cafes on campus as well as freely usable spaces, which students could, when necessary, transform in the most suitable way for different projects. These kinds of spaces would increase the likelihood of students studying different disciplines meeting by chance, getting to know one another and working on projects together.’
