‘I am taking part in the PdP, Product Development Project course, and we have formed a habit of meeting for breakfast once a week here at Aalto Design Factory. Our Torque Squad team designs biogas tractors for Valtra, so when it was our turn to organise the breakfast, we decided on a farm theme, which in addition to food included country music. These types of informal meetings add to a sense of community at Design Factory. At the same time, course participants and staff can get to know one another.’
