‘Last spring I took one of the best courses I have had during my studies. We worked in groups to develop a new service concept for a client during an intensive six-week period. Each group had their own mentor firm and their employees sparred with us during the process. After the course, our group’s mentor offered me a work placement with Fjord. We met a few times and now I am doing my thesis on craftsman methods in service design.’
