‘I recently applied for a job. During the application process, I found a program that combines my two passions: music and coding. It’s called Sonic Pi, and it's a really great program that makes it easy and fun for, say, children to learn how to code. The notes and drum beats are built into the song with code, and the user is then provided with immediate aural feedback on their written code. I don’t know yet whether I got the job, but I can already say that it was worth applying for, as it provided me with another opportunity to learn something new and interesting.’
