‘We assembled a team and acquired funding to realise Deftify, which originally started from my idea. The point of departure for our project differs from earlier works developed as part of the PDP course. There was no corporate sponsor acting as a background buyer for our venture, and therefore there was no ready budget either. Thanks to hard work and the support we received from the Design Factory, our project was nevertheless a thorough success. We showcased a functioning prototype at the PDP gala, and the finished product will be coming on the market in the near future.’
