The user's own measures for improving the indoor environment

The user's own measures for improving the indoor environment prior to submitting the report.
  1. The area is too warm: Adjust the radiator settings by turning the lower radiator thermostat clockwise (i.e. reducing the number on the scale).
  2. The area is too cold: Adjust the radiator settings by turning the lower radiator thermostat counter-clockwise (i.e. increasing the number on the scale). Make sure that all the windows in the area are tightly shut.
Make sure that the air can circulate upwards from the radiators; e.g. do not have desks too near the windows.
  3. The area is draughty: Make sure that all the windows in the area are tightly shut.
  4. Health symptoms: Please contact the occupational health service, or if you are a student contact FSHS (YTHS).
  5. Strange smells in the area: Check if there are neglected plants or uncleaned textiles. If the room has a sink or floor drain, fill the water trap (the bend in the pipe that drains the sink) with water by pouring water into the sink or water well.
  6. The air is stuffy: Make sure that there is nothing blocking the ventilation valves. Lower the room temperature.
