Permission forms for electronic publishing

Electronic publications of Aalto University are published in Aaltodoc publication repository . The publication can be published in Aaltodoc only upon the permission of all the publication authors. 

A. Doctoral theses

The permission form can be submitted by e-mail (scanned, pdf) to [email protected]. Or by land mail to Aalto University Learning Centre / P.O. Box 17000/ Aaltodoc / 00076 Aalto.

B. Other publications

The publication can be published in the Aaltodoc only upon the permission of all the publication authors. Options: Each author completes his/her own copy of the permission form and submits it to the Learning Centre or the authors complete and sign a shared form (all authors sign the same form), which is submitted to the library. The authors responsible for the compilation (e.g. editors, correspondent authors) can also complete and sign the form on behalf of all the authors.
