This webinar provides up-to-date information on the effects of the coronavirus epidemic as regards to contractual relationships, and especially long supply chains. Topics to be discussed include the conditions under which a Force Majeure situation could be at hand, what should be taken into account if it is to be invoked, and how the epidemic should be addressed in new agreements now and in the future.
