Simon Memorial Prize

For fundamental achievements in quantum thermodynamics, metrology and cryogenics based on nanoscale electronic devices. The international prize (established in 1957) is awarded for distinguished work in experimental or theoretical low temperature physics, and commemorates the outstanding contributions to science of Sir Francis Simon.
