Learning outcomes
Upon completing the course, you will:
- be able to discuss simple subjects and basic information concerning everyday matters
- be able to give simple presentations in Chinese
- understand and write very basic text by using tools
- have a command of basic Chinese grammar and structures
- have a better understanding of Chinese table manners
- recognise about 200 new Chinese characters and be able to use them.

Recommended prerequisites: Chinese 1 or equivalent knowledge.
Evaluation
- Lectures 36 h and self-study 72 h, active participation. (Passing the course requires 75 % attendance in class.)
- Group work, oral and written assignments (40 %)

The number of participants is limited to 6. Please note: The course is organized if a minimum of 10 students register for it.
