Sure, everybody is welcome to join the final MingleforGOOD event on the 26th of September! Whether you have submitted an idea yourself or are interested in exploring one of the other proposed ideas, we are excited to welcome you! Just remember to register so that we can prepare for the right number of servings!
Do not worry! We handle all submitted ideas anonymously, making sure your name does not appear anywhere unless you specifically ask us to.
The final event is meant as a kickstarter to apply for the Sustainability Action Booster grant with your idea. Although we would love to see as many of these actions come to life, you are not required to apply for the grant.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this, as all applications are evaluated individually on a separate process. However, the event provides a great opportunity to collaboratively design a feasible application that inspires the community, and ask any practical advice related to the application criteria or guidelines.
MingleforGOOD is inspired by the winning concept developed by Thekla Weißkopf, Didier van Overveld, and Shuyi Liu at the Solve the SDGs hackathon event in 2024. This event, now brought to life with the support of the Sustainability Action Booster, aims to support students in their sustainability endeavors and connect them with Aalto's sustainability community.
