Join this open Good Life Engine session to learn about the key dimensions of human motivation with Frank Martela!

Frank Martela, PhD., is one of the foremost experts in the philosophy and psychology of meaning in life and intrinsic motivation, with PhDs from both Aalto University and University of Helsinki. Frank is a popular speaker and writer, who has delivered talks in universities on four continents and has written both books and scientific articles. He is also one of the founders and current chairman of the board of Filosofian Akatemia Oy.

During this session, you will learn about the basic psychological needs of humans, why the distinction between autonomous and controlled forms of motivation is so crucial, and what are the key sources of meaning in life. The focus will be especially on helping you to identify activities and goals that suit you and help you to make more motivating life choices in the future!
