Natalia received her Ph.D. in Economics and Management from Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies. Her research interests are in the areas of Labor Economics, Economics of Education, and Economics of Science and Innovation. Her past work primarily dealt with discrimination in the labor market and the assessment of various higher education policies. Her research was published in such journals as American Economic Review, American Economic Journal: Applied Economics, and Research Policy.
