Antti Lehto is Assistant Professor at Aalto University, where he holds the chair of Housing Design. In addition to research and teaching in academia, he’s currently leading the designing of several high-profile projects in Finland as a founding partner at Helsinki-based architectural design practice INARO. In his design work, Lehto investigates how the passing of time affects the architectural solutions beyond the quantifiable life-cycle qualities and adaptability, enlarging the timely aspect of architecture to associations in the aesthetic experience through materials. His latest work comprises work with reused and detachable materials and structures.
