Beskrivning

My research is focused on the social-psychological and organizational processes that explain the occurrence of individual and collective entrepreneurial behavior within existing firms. Currently, I study at the micro-level of analysis how emotional dynamics, cognitive processes and motives influence the individuals’ engagement in entrepreneurial actions. At the meso-level of analysis, I study how organizational designs, such as venturing units, and organizational practices, such as design thinking, influence the innovation processes and efforts of firms.  At this level of analysis, I also study how the managers can design organizational contexts to foster entrepreneurial and innovative behavior.
