Beskrivning

My research interests are in operations research and include decision analysis, robust resource allocation models, efficiency analysis and resource management models. In these fields, my research has thus far concentrated on methodological development. In 2014-2017, I gained experience from developing optimization models, algorithms and tools for manpower planning and crew rostering when leading the development of workforce optimization for the major Finnish railway operator VR.
