Aalto CareerWeb’s job portal is an easy-to-use tool, targeted at students and employers, for finding and publishing jobs. Aalto CareerWeb’s job portal consists of work and internship adverts, as well as thesis assignments. Employers can submit their adverts, free of charge, to Aalto CareerWeb from where students can view them.
Every person who has logged in to the network with an Aalto University user ID (student or staff member) can view job vacancies. Employers can submit job and internship adverts, as well as thesis assignments, without a log-in.
This service requires a log-in with an Aalto University network ID.
Employers do not need to register as users of Aalto CareerWeb. They can also edit their own adverts via advert-specific log-in.
Employees of Career services and employers are entitled to add material to this service.

The service is available around the clock (24/7), except in the event of unexpected errors or during downtime for more extensive maintenance. During regular working hours, repair work on system errors that affect the functioning of the service will begin as soon as the error has been detected. For errors occurring outside normal working hours, repair work will begin on the next working day at the very latest. The functioning of the service is ensured with regular maintenance windows at standard times, which do not normally affect the use of the service. Major breaks affecting functionality are reported specifically via Aalto’s internal communication channels.
