Riikka Jääskeläinen

I'm a service designer, currently working on user experience in learning spaces. My tasks include research on Aalto teachers' and students' needs on classrooms, their equipment and services, collecting and utilizing the insights in developing improvements and concepts for future learning spaces. My previous tasks have included developing service processes and managing Erasmus mobility projects, and supporting gender and international student diversity and inclusion. I have more than a decade of experience of working in the area of internationalization of higher education.
