Students - Travel grant, travel arrangements and reimbursing other expenses

Aalto Travel Service team helps students with the arrangements of the travel related to the studies. After updated guidance from tax authorities in spring 2021, Aalto
University has since developed the reimbursement of degree-students’ and
doctoral students’ travel expenses. Students can apply for a tax free travel grant from Aalto to cover expenses arising from travel related to their studies. The grant is funded by the school/department projects.
