Aalto Strategic Leaders’ Journey
Aalto Strategic Leaders’ Journey is a program for experienced Heads of Department, Vice Deans and Service Leaders. Participation by nomination.
Objectives are
to provide Aalto Strategic Leaders new insights and concrete tools on how to
- lead strategic issues in research, art, education and services in VUCA world
- lead and motivate people to find an innovative mindset and a creative way of working
- lead for inclusive and caring culture
to provide time and space for reflection and best practice sharing
Structure and methods
Aalto Strategic Leaders’ Journey lasts one semester and consists of three thematic modules (contact sessions) and group coaching (3 x 2 hours). Each module has a theme sponsor from Aalto management.
