I am a postdoctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Science, working under Professor Pekka Orponen in the Natural Computation Group. I am interested in algorithms, combinatorics, topology and their applications. My present focus is on the application of topological graph-theoretic techniques for the design of self-assembled nucleic acid nanostructures.
