Otto Scharmer's lecture available for Aalto community
Senior Lecturer Otto Scharmer (MIT Sloan School of Management ) talked to Aalto community members in February 2022. The event was organized by the Capacity Building of Creative Radicals -project (CBCR), experimenting with new interaction methods that help to build a more creative culture in teams and inside organizations. The aim of CBCR is to further radical changes, risk-taking and new thinking towards sustainable development based on Scharmer's Theory U.
