Payroll Services and Operative HR have renewed their customer support system

Service requests will be resolved with eSupport, when you send a request to Payroll Services or Operative HR’s service addresses

The customer service might have some slight delays, because of this renewed service support system. When you send a request to the following service addresses, you will get an answer: ’Uusi palvelupyyntö luotu / A new service request has been created’. This reply makes sure that your request has been received.  Your request will be solved as soon as possible. The requests concerning working time tracking will be resolved within one week.

 

Service addresses:

Payroll issues, HR e-forms (Fees for other teaching and research related tasks) or some other employment information advice (absences, annual holiday etc…)
