New M2 Blue travel claim system launched today and changes in travel reservations– check the new instructions
At the same time the travel management service HRG’s view is renewed and you can access the system by using a new route.
Switching to the new M2 Blue system is needed as the system vendor stops supporting the current version of M2 system.
Please start using the new links to access both systems.
You can now access the new M2 Blue in Aalto Inside by choosing M2 Blue Travel Expense System under the Tools menu or by clicking here https://www.saasm2.com/blue/Login/Haka. Detailed instructions for M2 Blue can be found on Inside.
You can access travel bookings by using HRG portal, which you can find in Aalto Inside by choosing Travel reservations under the Tools menu or here. The view is renewed, but the system itself hasn’t changed.
- Due to information security reasons, credit card details and other personal details in your profile will not be automatically transferred into the new system. Travelers will update their own personal details in the new system. You will get notified about this when entering the portal. Further instructions for updating your profile can be found on Inside. You cannot make a travel reservation before you have updated your profile.
- You can book a trip by choosing BOOK TRAVEL on the left corner of the page. In HRG portal you can now find useful information about traveling, for example information about visas, weather and exchange rates. You can check-in to all flight carriers as well as get information about possible exceptions regarding flights.
