Free legal counselling for start-up companies

Start-up companies may apply free legal assistance

for the support of their business from the Finnish law firms and IP specialist agencies that co-operate with LegalAdvisor ProBono web service, operated by Mervi Malinen who works at Aalto's Research and Innovation Services. Compensation is a charity input of your own choice. Legal services cover assistance primarily in the fields of intellectual property law, company law, labor and tax law but you can always ask help from the other fields of law as well.

Please fill the needed information regarding you and your company, and describe the legal assistance you need. You will be informed within a week (7 days) from your application whether the legal assistance can primarily be provided by any of the co-operative partners within their own pro bono programs. In case you receive positive reply, you will enter into a separate service agreement with the service provider.

The purpose of LegalAdvisor ProBono service is to help companies in their early phase, circulate good in the form of reciprocal charity and that way enhance the economical development and social well-being.
